Many different training methods can be applied to learn Martial Arts. Our program is designed to incorporate forms, simulations, drills, and grappling instruction along with flexibility, strength, and endurance training in order to fully develop the body of a Martial Artist. We offer nutritional information along with personalized diet and exercise plans to fit anyone’s particular needs. Being a true Martial Artist does not stop with ones body. One must also develop his/her mind. This is achieved through understanding the characteristics of a Martial Artist. Character traits such as honesty, respect, determination, and humility are essential in developing the mind of a Martial Artist.  Here at Martial Arts plus we offer information and guidance in this area as a part of our program. A true Martial Artist possesses a soul of complete peace and serenity. We offer instruction in meditation as a stepping stone to achieve this. We also offer tips and advice on stress management, relaxation, and the power of positive thinking. Martial Art is more than just learning to fight. It is a lifestyle. It is an excellent way to learn self defense, but it is also a way to empower ones mind, body, and soul. We also offer information guidance and training in cheer/dance, kick box aerobics, yoga/pilates, and seasonal sports fitness. Our training programs are perfect for all athletes of all ages for all sports. Football, soccer, basketball, hockey, volleyball, and any other athletes could greatly benefit from our program.
